Application for MHT CET 2025 starts
There is a great news for all the candidates who have to apply for MHT CET 2025 and appear in the examination. Maharashtra CET Cell has started the application process for MHT CET 2025 from today i.e. 30th December. All interested and eligible candidates who want to apply for this can apply by visiting the official website cetcell.mahacet.org.
Please note that candidates can apply for MHT CET 2025 without late fee till 15th February. At the same time, the last date for candidates to apply with late fee is 22 February, for this candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500 (late fee).
What is eligibility?
Candidates must have passed class 12th or appearing in class 12th in 2025. Candidates should have passed Class 12th with any one of the subjects Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational Subject, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practices, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies along with Physics, Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Must be in form. Candidates must have obtained at least 45% marks in class 12. Candidates belonging to backward classes, economically weaker sections and persons with disabilities category are required to obtain at least 40 per cent marks in class 12. MHT CET reservation policies are not applicable to candidates not belonging to Maharashtra.
How to apply?
Candidates can fill their application form through the steps given below.
First of all candidates have to visit the official website. After this the candidates will have to click on the relevant link on the homepage. After doing this, candidates will have to register themselves first. After this the candidate should login to his account with the login credentials. Now candidates fill their application form and submit it. At last candidates should download their confirmation page and take a printout.
Registration fee?
Candidates applying for MHT CET 2025 will have to pay the fee. General category candidates applying for this will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 1,000. Whereas, the registration fee for candidates belonging to Backward Class (BC), Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Persons with Disability (PwD) category is Rs 800.
