Candidates who were denied admission even after applying for admission in B.Ed colleges in Rajasthan can apply for refund of registration fees from today, October 14. The application link has been activated. Vardhman Mahavir Open University, which conducted PTET 2024, has started the refund process. Registration fees are to be refunded to the candidates who were deprived of admission in two-year B.Ed, four-year BA, B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed courses and those whose admission has been cancelled. Eligible candidates must apply between October 14 and October 20. The counseling process of PTET 2024 has been completed on 10 October 2024.
After the PTET result, 2.20 lakh candidates had registered for admission on 1.47 lakh seats of 2-year B.Ed and four-year BA B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed courses through counselling. Out of these, about 80 thousand students could not qualify the merit list. In such a situation, they could not get admission.
Fee refund money will come to the bank account. Students who do not have a bank account in their own name can provide the bank details of their parents. For fee refund, details of roll number, counseling ID, mobile number, mother’s name and date of birth will have to be given.
