According to the information given in the schedule, applications for GATE 2025 exam will start from 24 August 2024. One can apply for this exam only online. On which date will the exam be held?
IIT Roorkee will conduct the GATE exam 2025 in the month of February. The dates for this have been fixed as 1, 2, 15 and 16 February 2025. Admit cards for the exam will be released on 1 January 2025. After release, you can download them online from the above website. Along with this, the result will be released on 19 March 2025.
The exam will be conducted in two sessions
This online exam is of 3 hours duration. The exam will be conducted in two shifts in a day. The first shift will be from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The second shift will be from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The exam will be conducted in two sessions.

How much is the application fee?
To apply for this exam, candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 1800. The fee for foreign candidates is also the same. At the same time, the fee for SC, ST, PwBD and female candidates is Rs 900.
