According to the April rankings of CM Dashboard and IGRS (Integrated Grievance Redressal System), Shravasti district is ranked first and for effective redressal of public grievances, while Shahjahanpur and Amethi are in second place. District Magistrate Ajay Kumar Dwivedi said that Shravasti has secured 131 out of 140 in April IGRS evaluation, which made the highest grisher redressal ratio in Uttar Pradesh to 93.57%.
According to the IGRS report of April 25, Shahjahanpur finished second with 92.86% prevention rate. Amethi finished third with 90.71%. Ballia and Ambedkaranagar finished fourth jointly with 85.71%. Hamirpur finished sixth, Mainpuri ranked seventh, while Mau, Hathras and Balrampur finished eighth.
These districts were recognized not only for timely resolution of complaints but also for prioritizing the quality of redressal. A spokesman for the state government said that more than 6 lakh cases are registered every month through IGRS, of which 98% solution rate is effective. Shravasti is one of the top five districts of the state for a continuous time and quality complaint solution.
Dwivedi said, “According to the April report of IGRS and CM Dashboard, Shravasti ranks first in Uttar Pradesh in dealing with public grievances.” Dwivedi said that as per the vision of CM Yogi Adityanath, a special strategy has been implemented in the district for effective solution of public grievances. He said, “Public hearing is held daily in the district at 10 am, after which regular review of the disposal of complaints is done. Pending cases are reviewed again at 5 pm and feedback based quality check is done at 9 pm.”
