Assay Report
Actually, Parakh has submitted a report to the Ministry of Education, which includes many changes related to education. In this context, a suggestion is also related to the mark sheet of class 12th. According to the test report, instead of just the board examination, marks of 9th, 10th and 11th should also be added in class 12th. Formative and submissive assessment numbers of all three classes will also be present in it.
What is formative and deductive assessment?
Formative and summative assessments are common across all classes. Formative assessment adds marks of practical and viva, while submittive assessment includes written exam marks. According to the test report, the 12th marksheet will include marks of 9th, 10th and 11th written exams as well as practical and viva. Let’s know how this new number system will work?
How will the 12th marksheet be prepared?
Parakh has suggested to the Ministry of Education that the marks of class 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th should be added on this basis. The final mark sheet of class 12th should be prepared by combining the formative and submissive assessments of all four classes. However, the Ministry of Education has not yet approved this suggestion for testing. Now it will be interesting to see whether the Ministry of Education will accept Parakh’s suggestion as it is or there will be some changes in it.
