Big relief to students! In this state, children’s holidays will remain for 15 days in primary schools from today.

All primary schools of Uttar Pradesh will remain closed for 15 days from tomorrow i.e. 31 December 2024. This winter vacation has been declared after the conclusion of half yearly examinations on 28th December. During this time, students can enjoy winter with their families and also plan a trip. Teachers have also given 15 days of homework to the students, so that studies can continue. After these holidays, schools will resume their normal hours on January 15, 2024. At the same time, in Meerut it has been announced that schools for students up to class 8th will remain closed till December 30.

There will be severe cold in North India for 3 days, there will be dense fog

In North India, the cold has increased due to the icy winds coming from the mountains. Cold has affected life in many areas including Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be dense fog for the next three days. Also, the minimum temperature is likely to drop by six degrees in the next two days. It has been advised to take special care of children in this winter season. Experts have said that children need to wear warm clothes and take necessary precautions to avoid cold. This holiday time is a great opportunity for children to not only relax but also spend time with family. However, efforts have been made to keep children engaged in studies through homework.

Winter havoc is likely to increase

The Meteorological Department has warned that the cold may increase further in North India. Traffic may be affected due to cold and fog. Therefore, people have been appealed to be cautious and avoid leaving the house without essential work.
