BTech course updated as per National Education Policy, students will study ChatGPT, Career News

B.Tech students of TripleIT will now study Design Thinking (CHAT GPT). The institute has included Design Thinking as a core subject in the B.Tech course from the session 2024-25. Students of all branches will have to read it compulsorily. Director Prof. Mukul Sharad Sutavane explained that generative AI, such as chatbots, image generation tools, and other artificial intelligence techniques, can play an important role in every stage of design thinking. Through this course, students can use AI based analytics tools to deeply analyze user data, thereby developing a better understanding of their needs and behaviours. Under the National Education Policy (NEP-2020), B.Tech conducted in TripleIT has been updated. This institute is deciding in which branch the student will have to study Chat GPT in which semester.

TripleIT will work towards improving the condition of the disabled

Preparations are underway to develop such a center at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (TripleIT), which will work towards improving the condition of the disabled. How to connect different types of disabled people with employment, such technology will be developed in this centre. For this, the Department of Information and Technology, Government of India has sanctioned a sum of Rs 25 crore to the institute. This center will especially work towards improving the condition of the disabled people living in Bundelkhand and Mirzapur and connecting them with employment through technology. For the disabled, wheelchairs, braille displays, text-to-speech as well as artificial limbs will be developed with the help of experts from institutions like AIIMS. The state government has also agreed to cooperate.

Will monitor CCTV cameras and app

To provide better facilities to the saints, devotees and Kalpvasis in the fair area, TripleIT scientists will work in the field of crowd management, security and monitoring with the help of AI. CCTV cameras installed in the fair area and the app will continuously monitor the facilities for the passengers. The scientists of the institute will see how effective the app is in which area. At the same time, reports on whether the CCTV cameras installed in the fair area are working or off will be made available to the fair administration from time to time.

Making software for Maha Kumbh

Scientists at TripleIT are developing a 3-D based software for the Maha Kumbh. Pro. Pawan Chakraborty told that through this, all the necessary information and activities related to Maha Kumbh will be available sitting at home. Photos and videos of activities related to the ashrams and pandals, Hanuman temple, royal bath built in the Maha Kumbh area will be uploaded every day, which can be viewed on mobile sitting at home.
