Officials of the State Public Relations Department said on Thursday that in view of the COVID situation in the state, the administration has issued guidelines regarding teaching, study and examinations in all the state, private universities and government and non-government colleges in the academic session 2021-22. has done. Officials said that according to the instructions issued by the Higher Education Department of the state government, the first and third semester examinations of all courses with semester system for the academic session 2021-22 will be conducted in online, blended mode.
He said that according to the instructions issued, all the classes would be conducted online, banning the physical presence of the students with immediate effect. Instructions will be issued to the academic-non-academic staff to be present on the basis of one-third roster method. On the days of roster duty, the teachers will do the teaching work from the college and on the remaining days from the residence itself. Officials said that it has been said in the guidelines that the non-academic work of the college will be done by the staff present in the college according to the roster duty and other employees will cooperate in the work through work from home method.
There has been an increase in the cases of corona virus infection in Chhattisgarh from the first week of this month. In other districts including the capital Raipur, where the infection rate is more than four percent, all schools, Anganwadi centers, libraries, swimming pools and such public places have been closed. Till Wednesday, 10,38,060 people have been confirmed infected in the state, out of which 9,97,008 patients have become infection free after treatment. There are 27,425 patients under treatment in the state. 13,627 people infected with the virus have died in the state.
