Commonwealth Master’s Scholarship 2025: Are you dreaming of studying in the United Kingdom (UK)? But do you know that if you want to get a master’s degree from the UK, then you can also get a Commonwealth scholarship for this, which will save your expenses and you will be able to study comfortably. The Ministry of Education has started the application process for Commonwealth Masters Scholarship 2025. Candidates who want to apply for this scholarship can submit their application form on the official website of Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC). cscuk.fcdo.gov.uk You can fill the application form by visiting. Apart from this, candidates can also apply by visiting the “SAKSHAT” portal of the Ministry of Education. The last date to fill the application form is 15 October 2024. Let us tell you that the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission provides scholarships only for one-year masters program, which does not include MBA degree.
Eligibility for scholarship-
1. This scholarship is only for Indian citizens and permanent residents of India.
2. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to study in the UK immediately by September/October 2025.
3. Candidates must have obtained at least 60 percent marks in graduation degree by September 2025.
4. The candidate must be unable to study in the UK without a scholarship.
5. Candidates have to submit all the required documents in the required format.
6. Candidates must receive an admission offer from one of the UK universities available on the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission website by October 2024.

Benefits of scholarship-
1. Airfare – Travel expenses from your home country to the UK and back after completing the programme are covered under the scholarship.
2. Tuition Fees- Candidates are not required to pay any kind of tuition fees, it is a part of the scholarship.
3. Stipend – Students will be given around Rs 1.5 lakh per month as stipend for living or around Rs 1.8 lakh per month if they study in a university like London.
4. If needed, the candidate will also be given financial assistance to buy warm clothes.
5. Candidates will also be given a study travel grant to study within the UK or abroad.
6. If a candidate has children and is a widow, divorcee or single parent, then child allowance of around Rs 65,000 per month for the first child, and around Rs 16,000 per month for the second and third child below the age of 16 years will be provided if their children are living with them at the same address in the UK.
7. If candidates claim disability, a thorough assessment of their needs and eligibility for additional financial assistance will be done by CSC.
