National Testing Agency has released the notification of CSIR UGC NET December 2024, as soon as the notification is released, the registration window has also been opened i.e. registrations for CSIR UGC NET December 2024 have started. In such a situation, the candidates who want to appear in this examination can apply by visiting the official website. Candidates applying should know that the official website of CSIR UGC NET is csirnet.nta.ac.in.

When is the last date?

Remember that candidates can submit online application form from 9 December 2024 to 30 December 2024. Whereas, the last date for application fees is 31 December 2024. Whereas the correction window will open on January 1 and will run till 2.

When will the exam be held?

As per the notice, the exam will be conducted from February 16, 2025 to February 28, 2025. The total duration of the exam is 180 minutes (3 hours). Given below are these test papers:

What documents will be required?

Copy of Board/University certificate for candidate’s name, mother’s name, father’s name and date of birth.

Type of Identification – Bank Passbook/Passport Number/Ration Card/Aadhaar Card Number/Voter ID Card Number/Other Government Identity Card with photograph.

Important instructions for candidates

Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Under no circumstances will candidates be allowed to fill more than one application form. Before applying for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination December-2024, candidates are advised to carefully check the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Information Bulletin. The examination fee will also have to be paid online through payment gateway using Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking or UPI. Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and mobile number given in the online application form is their own or that of the parent/guardian only as all information/communication will be through e-mail on the e-mail address registered by NTA. Or will be sent through SMS on the registered mobile number only.
