A laborer died on the spot due to electrocution from an electric pole in Dhaboti village of Sehore district. The accident occurred at a time when husk was being removed from the loading vehicle. During this time he collided with a nearby electric pole. The laborer died on the spot due to the current flowing in the pillar. The anger of the villagers erupted after the accident. They reached the power office at Sehore headquarters with the dead body and raised uproar and slogans. The villagers have accused the electricity department of negligence.
According to the information received, the deceased has been identified as Lalta Prasad (35) son Prem Singh, resident of Parvati Colony. On Friday, the deceased went to an animal feed shop in Dhaboti village to take off a train full of straw and husk. During this time he collided with an electric pole next to the road, in which the current was flowing. Due to which he died on the spot due to current. After this incident, there was anger among the villagers. He reached the office of the power distribution company with the body of Prem Singh and raised uproar and slogans. During this time, the angry villagers raised slogans of postponing the power company. Villagers said that the electricity line in the village is bad. The cable was requested to replace it twice, but the company paid no attention. Due to this negligence, the pillar came to the current and the laborer died.
Two people have already lost their lives.
Villagers said that even before this, two people have lost their lives in the village due to the negligence of the power company. Ishwar Singh Chauhan, the sarpanch representative of Gram Panchayat Dhaboti, said that last year 30 -year -old youth Jitendra Verma died after being hit by an electric wire hanging outside the house. In addition, 38 -year -old Dinesh Verma came in contact with the electric wire hanging in his field while irrigating the fields, in which he also died. Sumit Aggarwal, deputy manager of the power company, reached the spot as soon as the report was reported. He inquired from the villagers about the incident. The villagers demanded action against the culprits.
