Application fee?

For general category students applying for UGC NET 2025, the application fee will have to be paid Rs 1,150, Rs 600 for OBC and EWS category and Rs 325 to SC, ST and PWD candidates.

UGC NET 2025 Exam Pattern

According to the UGC NET 2025 exam pattern, the exam includes paper 1 and 2. In Paper 1, a total of 50 questions will be asked from logic capacity, understanding, different thinking and general awareness. The UGC NET Paper 2 will have 100 questions from alternative subjects selected by the candidates. Candidates have the option to choose from the proposed 85 subjects. The UGC NET 2025 exam will be of three hours. There is no negative marking in the UGC NET exam 2025. Paper 1 consists of 100 marks and paper 2 has 200 marks.
