India TV Speed News Education Conclave
India TV Speed News Education Conclave has started. Many issues related to the education of the country are being discussed on this platform. One of these is the issue of how the Indian educational institutions are carrying forward infrastructure and curriculum to complete the Turnel Standard. To talk on this, EIILM Kolkata Director- Prof. Dr. Rama Prasad Banerjee, Director of ASPAM Statish School- Ayush Goyal and GLA Director Prof. Anurag Singh is present.
India today has more than 1100 universities and more than 42000 colleges. But see irony, when it comes to global rankings, the University College of India is not able to make a place in the top 5. Whereas India has reached second in the category of higher education in the world. In such a situation, what are the reasons that prevent India from becoming the top in front of the world.
Responding to this, it was said that first we have to know what we need to pay attention to, first we need to invest more on our infrastructure which is not visible anywhere in the country. Second, our exposure is less in education. I think we will overtake the global standard in the coming time. Also, the central government will have to pay more attention to the education sector.
When asked that 50 percent of the students in India are not worth the job after passing. Talking about this, Prof. Dr. Rama Prasad Banerjee said that parents should leave the children free. Do not press them under your big names. Let them stand on your feet. India’s education is far ahead of the world, but we were told that we are less than international education.
It was asked that if the students of the world should come to India, then while answering this question, he said that some international universities in the country are tie up with the university here. We have to pay a little cheaper education in India. From this we will overtake Global Stantard.
