JAC Board Exam Schedule : Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has released the schedule of Matriculation and Intermediate examinations. The examinations will start from 11th February and continue till 3rd March 2025.
Matriculation examination will be held in the first sitting from 9:45 am to 1:00 pm. Whereas the Inter examination will be conducted in the second sitting from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm.
6 lakh candidates will appear
According to the released schedule, first of all the Matriculation and Intermediate vocational paper examinations will be taken. Matriculation examinations will last for 13 days, while Intermediate examinations will last for 16 days.
Let us tell you that this year a total of 6 lakh candidates will appear in the examination, which includes 3.5 lakh matriculation and 2.5 lakh intermediate students.
Students will be given additional time of 15 minutes to read the question paper. Question cum answer book based system will be implemented in matriculation examination, while intermediate exam will be answer book based.

Matriculation practical examinations will be held from March 4 to March 20 in the respective schools. Principals of schools will be able to get the question papers between 28th February and 3rd March.
Whereas the practical examinations of Inter Arts, Science and Commerce streams will be conducted from March 4 to March 20. Exam materials will be available from JAC from February 27 to March 1.
The board has informed that the process of filling the matriculation and intermediate examination forms is going on and about 80 percent of the form filling work has been completed.
