Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today announced that lessons on Lord Parshuram will be taught in the curriculum of the state’s schools. CM Chouhan made this announcement in his address at the unveiling of the idol of Lord Parashuram in the famous cave temple complex here. He also unveiled a huge idol of Lord Parashurama. State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Vashnidutt Sharma, former Union Minister and Congress leader Suresh Pachauri, former minister PC Sharma and former mayor Alok Sharma were also present on this. CM Chouhan also made many announcements in the interest of the priests. He said that the poor students and families of general category would also be provided the benefits of the welfare schemes of the state government.
