The 67th convocation of Lucknow University will be held on Monday, 16 September. Its preparations have been going on for the last one week. The chief guest will be Padma Bhushan Dr. Vijay Pandurang Bhatkar and Governor Anandiben Patel will preside over it.
Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay and Minister of State Rajni Tiwari will be the special guests. Various medals will be given to 198 students and degrees to 10,6306 in the ceremony. Students of affiliated colleges are also included among those who receive degrees. The number of degrees and medals has been released on Sunday. A grand pandal has been prepared for the ceremony in the art courtyard of the campus. Seating arrangements have been made for about 1500 people. The program will be broadcast live on YouTube. The route plan has been released for the convocation ceremony. According to Proctor Prof. Rakesh Dwivedi, entry has been fixed from a separate gate for everyone. Students and invited members will be allowed to go only after seeing the invitation letter. Executive Council members, eminent, very eminent, ministers, officers will enter from gate number two.

Male officers, teachers, authorities will wear closed neck black coat-pants, black shoes. Women will wear golden border cream silk saree and cream blouse. Girls will wear saree and boys will wear kurta-pyjama.
