After the new date of UPPCS came out, students ended their protest.
The new date for UPPCS Prelims exam has been announced by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. Now this examination will be conducted at the end of December. Releasing the date, the Commission said that the UPPCS exam will now be held on December 22. The Commission has given this information by issuing a notice on its official website. However, after the announcement of the exam date, the candidates have now ended their protest.

It was written in the notice that the Combined State / Senior Subordinate Services (Prelims) Examination 2024, which was to be held on 7th and 8th December 2024, will now be conducted in 2 shifts in one day on 22nd December 2024. The first shift will start at 9.30 am and will continue till 11.30 am and the second shift will be conducted from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. 1076004 candidates are expected to appear in this examination.

RO/ARO exam was postponed
Yesterday, UPPSC had postponed the examination of Review Officer (RO) and Assistant Review Officer (ARO), accepting the demands of the candidates who demonstrated in Prayagraj. Also, the Provincial Civil Services (PCS) Prelims Exam was asked to be conducted on the old pattern. Apart from this, the Commission also announced to form a committee for RO/ARO examination, which will identify the problems of the students and solve them. However, no update has come yet regarding the date of RO/ARO exam.
