The government on Tuesday clarified that it will introduce the Waqf Bill in the Lok Sabha at 12 noon on Wednesday. Now Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishore has surrounded BJP and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for introducing the Waqf Bill. Prashant Kishore said, “It’s unfortunate, I don’t see it against Muslims and Hindus.”
Prashant Kishore further said, I see it from this perspective that if we leave the merits of the bill, when the country became independent, the commitments that our founders had made at that time, if you deviate from those commitments and assurances, then it becomes the responsibility of the people of this generation to live up to those commitments. If you are making a change that has an impact on a class, if a class is affected by it, then such classes should be taken into confidence before making such laws. A large section of Muslims is feeling threatened by the Waqf bill, so I think the government is making a law in a hurry and somewhere keeping in mind the politics of polarization.
Prashant Kishore surrounds BJP
Prashant Kishore said about the BJP, I do not know how much he is worried about Waqf’s land. I do not even know how much Waqf has a hand in property and its activities. Targeting the BJP, he said that he only wants to continue the Hindu-Muslim issue.
Targeting Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, he said that the second thing is that the government does not have a majority in the Lok Sabha. They are capable of enacting laws because people like Nitish Kumar are standing in support of the government. Because if leaders like Nitish Kumar do not vote in favor of this bill in the Lok Sabha, then the government will not be able to make this law under any circumstances.
They will be condemned in history.
Attacking Nitish Kumar, Prashant Kishore said that BJP people do not consider Muslims as their voters. He is not considered his supporter, in a way it is a political war and fight, but when people like Nitish Kumar say to Muslims every day that we are your well -wishers. Such people must worry that when you talk about Gandhi, are you not showing your double character by voting in favor of the Waqf Act? When the history of this law will be written, then the blame for making this law will come on Nitish ji more than the BJP.
