There is a great news for the candidates who want to get a job in Railways. East Central Railway, ECR has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Apprentice. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of Railway Recruitment Cell, East Central Railway, rrcecr.gov.in. Please note that the last date to apply for this recruitment is 14 February 2024, interested candidates should apply on or before this date.
How many posts will be recruited?
Under this recruitment drive, 1154 posts will be filled in the organization. In these-
Danapur Division: 675 posts Dhanbad Division: 156 posts Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Division: 64 posts Sonpur Division: 47 posts Samastipur Division: 46 posts Plant Depot/Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay: 29 posts Carriage Repair Workshop/Harnaut: 110 posts Mechanical Workshop/Samastipur: 27 posts
What are the eligibility criteria to apply?
Candidates can understand the eligibility for this through the points mentioned below.
Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for this recruitment must have passed Matriculation/10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks and relevant trade. Should have ITI (i.e. National Trade Certificate in notified trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training). Age Limit: Age limit should be between 15 to 24 years as on 1 January 2025. For more information regarding the related subject, candidates can visit the official website.

After filling the form completely, candidates should check it once and then submit it. At last the candidates should take a printout of the confirmation page of the form.
