Education News Desk !!! The Medical Counseling Committee will start the counseling process of NEET UG today i.e. on Wednesday, 14 August 2024. Candidates who have been selected can participate in the counseling. This counseling will be conducted for MBBS and BDS seats of All India Quota. To register, candidates have to visit the official website of MCC.
What is the last date?
Registration for NEET UG counseling has started today i.e. 14th August and the last date to fill the form is 20th August 2024. The committee has requested the candidates to submit all their documents etc. within this time limit so that their eligibility can be ensured. This also includes place of residence.
These documents will be needed
You will need these documents to register for NEET UG counselling 2024. These are – NEET admit card, scorecard or rank letter Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates Identity proof like Aadhaar card, PAN card, license or passport 8 passport size photographs Provisional allotment letter Cast certificate or PWBD certificate (if applicable).
Important Dates
Registration for NEET UG counselling has started today i.e. 14th August. The form can be filled till 12 noon on 20th August. Fee payment can also be made till 3 pm on the same day. Candidates can do choice locking between 16th and 20th August. The seat allocation process will be held on 21st and 22nd August. Candidates will have to report and join between 24th and 29th August. MCC will verify the data of the joining candidates on 30th and 31st August.
How will the process proceed?
In the first phase, candidates will register for NEET UG counselling and deposit the fee as well as security charges. The next phase will be choice filling and locking. The third phase will be the allotment of seats and if the candidates accept the seat then in the next phase they will have to report to the given medical or dental college. After this, the list of vacant seats will be released.

To register for NEET UG counseling, first go to the official website i.e. mcc.nic.in. Here select the tab named UG Medical from the menu option. Now from here go to the information link and from there to the registration link. Now fill in your details and register yourself. After this do choice filling and locking. Those who want to choose a college, fill the options. Lock your choice and submit the form. Keep this form safe. It may be useful later.
