CTET December 2024
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will close the online registration process for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2024 today on October 16. Candidates who have not yet applied for this exam can submit their forms at ctet.nic.in before 11:59 pm. Please be informed that the examination will be conducted on Saturday, 14th December. Earlier, the exam was scheduled for December 1, which was first postponed to Sunday, December 15 and then to December 14.
Notification issued
According to the latest notification of the board, some state level examinations will be conducted on that day, due to which the examination has been rescheduled to December 14.
CBSE said, “Keeping in mind the interests of the candidates, it has been decided to conduct the CTET exam on December 14, 2024 (Saturday). If the number of candidates is more in any city, then the exam will be held on December 15, 2024 (Sunday).” can also be organised.”

Please note that this examination will be conducted in 136 cities of the country. There will be two papers in CTET. Paper 2 will be held in the morning shift from 9:30 am to 12 noon and Paper 1 will be held in the afternoon shift from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.
How much will the fees cost?
General and OBC-NCL category candidates have to pay ₹1,000 as CTET December application fee if they want to appear for one paper for this exam. Candidates belonging to both these categories will have to pay ₹1,200 if they appear for both the papers. Whereas for SC, ST and Divyang candidates the application fee for one paper is ₹ 500 and for these category candidates it is ₹ 600 for two papers.

After this register to get your login credentials.
Now, log in to your account and fill the application form.
After this upload the documents and pay the fees.
Finally submit your form and take a printout of the confirmation page.
