Rohtak DC told the officials, there should be no laxity in the redress of public grievances

Rohtak Deputy Commissioner Dhirendra Khadgata has instructed the administrative officials to ensure that the people coming to redress their grievances in the Samadhan camp return home with full satisfaction. Hearing the problems of the people at the Samadhan Camp organized at the local small secretariat on Monday, the Deputy Commissioner directed the heads of all government departments to ensure their presence in Samadhan Camps. He also ordered that show cause notices should be issued to the officials who are absent in Monday’s camp. The Deputy Commissioner said that the basic idea behind organizing these camps is that the lives of common people should be made easier so that they do not have to visit government offices for everyday tasks. He informed that Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini himself is monitoring Samadhan Camps. He said that no officer would take negligence or laxity in solving public problems. The Chief Minister recently conducted a surprise inspection of Samadhan Camps through video conferencing.
