Haryana School Closed for two days: All schools in Haryana will be kept closed for two days. Keeping in mind the assembly elections in the state, this decision has been taken by the administration. The date of assembly elections in Haryana is 5th October 2024, hence schools will remain closed on 5th. Along with this, polling booths will also be made in schools. Polling booths in schools will be prepared a day in advance. Therefore, holiday for October 4, 2024 has also been given in all schools. Let us tell you that a written order has also been issued by all the district administrations in this regard. It has been said in the order that polling centers will be made inside the schools, hence all the schools will be kept closed.
Examination of children was also to be held in schools of Haryana on October 4. Which will no longer happen on 4th October. The exam date has been extended to 9 October 2024.
Let us tell you that polling booths will be made in all government and private schools. Therefore all government and private schools will remain closed.
Voting for all 90 seats of Haryana Legislative Assembly will be held on 5 October 2024. According to the data released by the Election Commission, the total number of voters in Haryana is 2.1 crore, of which the number of female voters is 95 lakh and the number of male voters is 1.6 crore. Along with Haryana, assembly elections are also being organized in Jammu and Kashmir.
