UGC NET December 2024
National Testing Agency i.e. NTA will close the registration process for UGC NET December 2024 today, 10 December 2024. Candidates who have not yet been able to apply for this examination can apply by visiting the official website of UGC NET, ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Or you can apply from the direct link given below. Remember that the fee payment window will be closed on 11 December 2024.
UGC NET December 2024: These documents will be required
A recent photograph (file size 10Kb – 200Kb) either in color or black and white, showing 80% of the face (without mask) including ears, on white background of the candidate Signature (File Size: 4kb – 30kb) Copy of Board/University certificate for candidate’s name, mother’s name, father’s name and date of birth. Type of Identification – Bank Account Passbook/Passport/Aadhaar Card Number/Voter ID Card Number/Other Government ID with Photograph Qualification Degree Certificate or Marksheet of previous semester Permanent Address with Postal Address as well as Pin Code Category Certificate, if applicable
A candidate must submit only one application. Multiple applications i.e. forms submitted by one candidate will be rejected.

How much fees will have to be paid?
The examination or application fee is ₹1150/- for General/Unreserved Category, ₹600/- for General-EWS/OBC-NCL Category candidates and ₹325/- for SC/ST/PWD & 3rd Gender. Fees should be paid through SBI/Canara/ICICI/HDFC Bank/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI.
When will the correction window open and what corrections can be made?
The correction window will open on December 12 and close on December 13, 2024. Candidates can change their date of birth, category, father’s name and mother’s name in their form. At the same time, you will not be able to make any changes in your name, gender, photo and signature, mobile number, email address, permanent and correspondence address, exam city.
When will the exam be held?
The written examination will be conducted from January 1 to January 19, 2025. UGC – NET December 2024 will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. There will be two sections in the test paper. Both sections will have objective type, multiple choice questions. There will be no break between papers.
