Students demonstrated after getting ‘zero’ marks.
Anuppur: A shocking case has come to light in Maharaja Martand College of Kotma in the district. Here the first year and second year students had recently given the examination, the results of which have also come. However, great carelessness has been taken in these results. The results came Sunday after first and second year exams in which nearly 80% of students were given zero marks in various subjects. Whereas in the first year of BA, 217 students have been given zero marks in the same subject. Now after this matter has come to light, students have staged a protest accusing the college and university of negligence and dictatorship.
Results declared on Sunday
In fact, recently Awadhesh Pratap University, Rewa has declared the examination results on Sunday, in which most of the students of Maharaja Martand Mahavidyalaya of Kotma have been given zero marks in Political Science. There is anger among the students since this matter came to light. Regarding this, the principal in-charge of the college says that he came to know about it in the morning itself. The subject marks of the students have not been published. Soon the university will be talked to and asked to improve the results.
Money is taken by the university
At the same time, due to most of the students getting zero marks in Political Science subject, their future is looking dark. According to the information received from the students, the university has not included the marks of CC and practical conducted in the college in the results of the students. For the last two years, irregularities are continuously being seen in the examination results released by the university. Collecting money in an unrestrained manner by calling students to the university remains the second biggest issue. The students demand that the universities and colleges should improve the results of the students and secure their future. (Input- Vishal Khandelwal)
