UP police constable recruitment result released
Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has announced the results of the long awaited exam. Candidates who appeared in this recruitment examination can check their result by visiting the official website. Please note that 1,74,316 candidates, two and a half times the total vacancy, have been successful in the written examination of this recruitment. Along with the result, the cutoff has also been released, in which the cutoff for unreserved category is 214.04644.

What will happen next now?
Physical test and document verification of passed candidates will be conducted in the third week of January 2025. There were around 48 lakh registrations for the UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam, out of which around 32 lakh candidates had appeared for the exam. It is noteworthy that the written examination for UP Police Constable was conducted on 23, 24, 25 August and 30, 31 August.
Answer key was released
Earlier on October 30, the board had released the final answer key, which was available to download on uppbpb.gov.in till November 9. During this period the Board had accepted 70 objections as correct.
60,244 recruitment is to be done
The recruitment board will fill 60,244 vacancies through this examination. In this recruitment, 20 percent vacancies (12,049) are reserved for female candidates. Whereas, the number of vacancies for male candidates is 48,195.
