However, only a few people are able to turn their dreams into reality. One such story is that of Anju Sharma who has managed to crack the UPSC exam by learning from her failures.
UPSC Success Story: Failed in 10th and 12th
In an interview, Anju Sharma had told that she had failed in the 10th chemistry pre board exam. However, in other subjects he passed with distinction. After this, she also failed in the Economics paper in class 12th. During this, Anju’s mother supported her a lot. Anju also took a lesson from this incident that one should not depend on last minute studies.
IAS Anju Sharma: Achieved success at the age of 22
Anju has completed her B.Sc and MBA degree from Jaipur. He was also awarded a gold medal in the college. During this, she was also engaged in preparing for the Civil Services Examination. Anju had cracked the first attempt of the Civil Services Examination at the age of just 22. With this success, he had not only illuminated the name of himself but also the family members.

Anju Sharma started her career in the year 1991 with the post of Assistant Collector in Rajkot. Apart from this, he has served in other government posts including District Collector in Gandhinagar. Presently Anju Sharma is working as Principal Secretary in Government Education Department (Higher and Technical Education) Secretariat, Gandhinagar.
