What is the eligibility to apply?
The officer should retire from the service of the bank only after achieving retirement at the age of 60 years. Own retired/resignation/suspended or otherwise bank leaving banks before retirement are not conscious of appointment. Officers of SBI and its e-Associate Banks who have retired as MMGS-III, SMGS-IV/V and TEGS-VI on retirement will be considered to be considered for appointment.
Selection process
The selection process of this recruitment includes shortlisting and interviews of candidates. The Shortalisting Committee set up by the bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and then a sufficient number of candidates will be shortlisted by the bank. After this, the candidates will be called for interview. The interview will be of 100 points. The marks to qualify in the interview will be decided by the bank. The merit list for final selection will be prepared only in the descending order of the marks obtained in the interview, provided that the candidates get the minimum qualifying marks. If more than one candidate obtains the same cut-off marks, then such candidates will be ranked in merit in descending order of their age.
