If you are also keen to apply for WBJEE 2025, then this news is for you. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will close the registration window for the WBJEE 2025 entrance examination on 23 February tomorrow. In such a situation, the interested candidates who have not yet applied for it should go to the official website wbjeb.nic.in and apply as soon as possible.
WBJEE 2025 application improvement facility will be available from 25 February to 27 February 2025. During this time, candidates can make necessary changes in their application and download the revised confirmation page. The board will issue WBJEE 2025 admit card on 17 April.
When will the exam be done
According to the official program, West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE 2025) will be held on 27 April. Paper-I (Mathematics) will be from 11 am to 1 pm, followed by Paper-II (Physics, Chemistry) from 2 to 4 pm.
Exam pattern
The WBJEE 2025 exam will have three categories of questions. In Category 1, each question will be 1 mark and there will be negative marking of 1/4 digit for wrong answers. In Category 2 questions, each question will be of 2 marks, and there will be a penalty of 1/2 marks for wrong answers. Category-3 questions will also have 2 marks, but there will be no negative marking. Subject wise WBJEE 2025 Exam Pattern is given in the table below.

Application fee
General class candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 for male applicants, Rs 400 for female applicants and Rs 300 for third gender applicants. Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes-A (OBC-A), OBC-A), Economically Weaker Class (EWS), Disabled Person (PWD), and Tuition Fee Mafi (TFW) categories Candidates will have to pay Rs 400 for male applicants, Rs 300 for female applicants and Rs 200 for third gender applicants.
