Will there be negative marking in Haryana TET 2024 exam?

Please be informed that there is no negative marking in Haryana TET 2024 exam i.e. there will be no negative marking in the exam.

What is the marking scheme?

HTET 2024 will be conducted in the traditional pen-and-paper mode and will consist of multiple choice questions (MCQs). Each question asked in this examination will carry one mark and there will be no negative marking. Candidates will get one mark for every correct answer to the question. The duration of the competitive examination will be 150 minutes.

qualification marks

The minimum qualifying marks for all categories of candidates except Scheduled Caste (SC) and Divyang, Physically Handicapped candidates has been fixed at 60%. For Scheduled Caste (SC) and Divyang, Physically Handicapped candidates, minimum 55% marks are required to qualify. However, SC and Divyang, Physically Challenged candidates from other states must obtain 60% marks to qualify HTET 2024.

When is HTET 2024 exam?

HTET Exam 2024 will be conducted on December 7 and December 8, 2024 for candidates aspiring to become teachers at various levels. As per the official schedule, HTET 2024 Level 3 exam for Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) is scheduled on December 7 from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. On December 8, the Level 2 exam for Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) will be held in the morning session from 10 am to 12:30 pm. The Level 1 exam for Primary Teachers (PRT) will be conducted from 3 pm to 5:30 pm on the same day.
