The war of words among the leaders has intensified several days before the announcement of assembly election dates in Maharashtra. Recently, the Uddhav faction of Shiv Sena had commented on Eknath Shinde’s beard. Now CM Eknath Shinde has replied on that. He said in a rally that do not take this beard lightly. This is what has overturned the train of Mahavikas Aghadi. He said that we have suspended a functioning government. This is not an easy thing. This requires courage. This beard itself has that courage and once again you guys will have to face the thrashing.
Eknath Shinde said, ‘These people have problem with my beard also. But let me tell you that this beard has ruined Mahavikas Aghadi. Now the development vehicle of Maharashtra is moving forward. So don’t take me lightly. Don’t take my beard lightly either. Eknath Shinde said that we have taken forward many stuck projects in the state. He said that now we will not see potholes on the roads of Mumbai. Corruption has ended and now work is getting done. These people used to eat the money, but now work is being done from hospitals to roads.

During this, Eknath Shinde while replying to Uddhav Thackeray group said that I am a staunch Shiv Sainik. I am a true follower of Balasaheb Thackeray and Anand Dighe. I’m not a man who runs away. Never consider me weak. A true Shiv Sainik never leaves the field nor retreats from his thoughts. You people ran away, but we are still with Balasaheb’s thoughts. This is the reason why wherever Eknath Shinde goes, people welcome him with open heart.
