Haryana Exit Poll: Voting phase has ended in Haryana on Saturday and now it is the turn of exit poll. Figures have also started being released. Republic World’s Matrice seat projections have brought good news for Congress. It is being estimated that the party can form a majority government in Haryana by winning more than 50 seats. There are total 90 seats in the state.
According to Republic World’s Matrice seat projection, Congress may get 55 to 62 seats in the state. At the same time, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party seems to be limited to only 18 to 24 seats. Apart from this, INLD i.e. Indian National Lok Dal can get 3 to 6 seats. Whereas others are estimated to have 2 to 5 seats.
In the Haryana Assembly elections held in 2019, BJP had won 40 seats and fell short of the majority by 5 seats. The party then formed a coalition government with the Jannayak Janata Party led by Dushyant Chautala. In the 2019 elections, Congress had won 31 seats. However, later the BJP and JJP alliance broke.

Voting on 90 seats of Haryana was completed at 6 pm on Saturday evening. Figures show that an estimated 65 percent voting took place in the state. According to the program released by ECI i.e. Election Commission of India, the results of Haryana Assembly elections will be announced on Monday, October 8. There is a direct contest between Congress and BJP in the state.
