An unwanted record has been registered in the name of the Indian cricket team at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The first Test match of the three-match India vs New Zealand series is being played in Bengaluru. The first day of the match was washed out in rain and the toss took place on the second day. Team India won the toss and captain Rohit Sharma decided to bat first, this decision proved to be suicide for Team India. Wickets kept falling one after the other and the entire Indian team was all out for 46 runs. India had lost seven wickets by 34 runs, in which five batsmen were out without opening the account. This is Team India’s lowest score on Indian soil in Test cricket. The best scorer from the Indian team was Rishabh Pant, who played an inning of 20 runs. Apart from this, Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 13 runs. Apart from these two, no other batsman could even reach double figures.
