New Delhi. The film ‘Adipurush’ has been engulfed in controversies ever since its release. The troubles of the film are not taking the name of stopping. The film is facing severe criticism from the audience due to the substandard dialogues written in the film and poor VXX and costumes. The film’s producer Om Raut and writer Manoj Muntashir are also being accused of hurting religious sentiments. Meanwhile, actor Arun Govil, who is popularly known as Prabhu Ram after playing the role of Shriram in Ramanand Sagar’s popular Ramayana, took a dig at the film and called it propaganda.

Taking a dig at the film, he said that with a film like ‘Adipurush’, it is wrong for the makers to take creative liberty like this. Producers have every right to complete the film in their own way, but they are absolutely not allowed to tamper with the subjects which are related to the religious beliefs of the people.

Makers made strategy with BJP
Arun Govil further said- ‘Makers should avoid playing with people’s faith. This is a sensitive subject for the general public. There was no need to do any new experiment with a revered book like Ramayana. Apart from this, the actor termed this film as BJP’s propaganda and said – ‘Reserving seats for Hanuman ji by meeting BJP ministers by Adipurush producers was a politics, which completely failed in its purpose.’
