Actor Allu Arjun was released on Saturday morning after spending Friday night in Hyderabad’s Chanchalguda jail, but despite getting interim bail from the Telangana High Court, a controversy seems to be arising over his being kept in jail overnight. According to Chanchalguda jail officials, Allu Arjun could not be released as the High Court order was not uploaded online. At the same time, Allu Arjun’s lawyer has expressed his displeasure in this matter. Allu Arjun’s lawyer says that Telangana High Court had ordered the release of the actor on Friday itself. What happened is not right. Allu Arjun’s lawyer says that he will adopt legal means. At the same time, according to media reports, Allu Arjun slept on the floor in the jail all night and did not even eat food. Allu Arjun reached home and said that he respects the law.

When Allu Arjun was released from Chanchalguda jail in Hyderabad on Saturday morning, he came out through the back door. All his fans had also gathered outside the jail. Father and father-in-law had arrived to take Allu Arjun from jail. Sitting in the car with them, Allu Arjun left for his home. Allu Arjun was arrested by the police on Friday afternoon. The trial court had sent Allu Arjun to judicial custody for 14 days. After this his lawyers had approached Telangana High Court. The High Court had said during the hearing that under the provisions of the Constitution, actor Allu Arjun also has the right to live a free life. After this the High Court granted interim bail to Allu Arjun.
Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa-24 was released on 4 December 2024. Then Allu Arjun and actress Rashmika Mandanna went to the cinema hall in Hyderabad. There was a huge crowd there and a woman died due to the stampede. A son of the woman is in critical condition. Police have accused Allu Arjun of reaching the cinema hall without any information and due to this the situation went out of control. At the same time, Allu Arjun says that he went to the cinema hall after giving information to the police. In this case, Allu Arjun had released a video saying that he will meet the family of the deceased woman and will also give Rs 25 lakh.
