Allu Arjun: Did Stampede in sandhya theater happened before allu arjun reached there on pushpa 2 release?

Hyderabad. Telugu superstar Allu Arjun has been accused of going to Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad on the occasion of the release of his film ‘Pushpa 2’ and a crowd gathered there because of him. Allu Arjun is accused that due to the uncontrollable crowd in Sandhya Theatre, a woman named Revathi was crushed to death and her son got injured. Whereas, Allu Arjun remained sitting there. Now new CCTV footage has emerged in this case. According to this footage, there was a stampede situation on December 4, 2024 at around 9.15 pm. In this video, the crowd is seen pushing at the gate. Whereas, Allu Arjun reached Sandhya Theater 15 minutes after the time of this video.

Hyderabad Police has accused Allu Arjun that he reached Sandhya Theater without giving information and due to this the stampede could not be controlled there. Allu Arjun has said in his clarification that after the stampede, he had left the Sandhya theater and had also informed the police about his arrival. At the same time, Hyderabad Police says that even after the incident, Allu Arjun continued watching the movie sitting in the evening theatre. In this case, Hyderabad Police had also arrested Allu Arjun on 13 December. However, he was granted bail by the Telangana High Court.

Hyderabad Police had interrogated Allu Arjun for about 4 hours on Tuesday. The police asked Allu Arjun many questions about the incident. He also asked whether he knew that the police had not given permission for Sandhya to go to the theatre. Politics has also heated up regarding the arrest of Allu Arjun. BJP and BRS have alleged that the Congress government of Telangana arrested Allu Arjun due to political malice. At the same time, Telangana CM Revanth Reddy has termed these allegations as false. Now, with the emergence of fresh CCTV footage, Allu Arjun’s stand may become stronger that the stampede at Sandhya Theater was not due to his arrival, but had already taken place.
