Pushpa 2 actor Allu Arjun held a press conference for the first time on Saturday after the stampede during the screening of Pushpa 2 at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad. Allu responded to those who were blaming him for the woman killed in the stampede and the child admitted in the hospital. On Sunday, the Pan India star urged fans not to use any kind of abusive language offline or online. He also wrote that people misbehaving with his picture on display will have to face consequences.
Allu Arjun made this special appeal
Allu Arjun has appealed to his fans and wrote, ‘I appeal to all my fans to express their feelings responsibly as always and not to resort to any kind of abusive language or behavior online or offline. . If someone makes derogatory posts with a fake ID and creates a fake profile claiming to be my fan, strict action will be taken against him. I request my fans not to engage with such posts.

The issue of Sandhya theater stampede case was raised loudly in Telangana Assembly. AIMIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi had targeted Allu Arjun in the assembly. Apart from this, CM Revanth Reddy also said that the hero was careless, due to which he did not leave the theater despite knowing about the death. After this, Allu held a press conference on 21 December. In this press conference, Allu expressed grief over the accident and said, ‘It was an accident. I express my condolences to the family. I don’t want to blame anyone. This is assassination of my character. A lot of misinformation is being spread. I apologize that whatever has happened, there was no road show in it, wrong information is being spread about it.

There was a stampede during the premiere of Pushpa 2 at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad on 4 December. In which a woman died and her son had to be admitted to the ICU. Allu Arjun released a video expressing his grief over this matter and said that due to legal advice he could not meet the victim’s family, but he has promised to take care of the victim. After the arrest of Allu Arjun in this stampede case on December 13, the lower court ruled to send him to judicial custody for 14 days, immediately after which the Telangana High Court released Allu on interim bail of 4 weeks. Both the actor’s father Allu Aravind and Pushpa 2 director Sukumar met the victim’s child last week.
