New Delhi. Nampally court has ordered South superstar Allu Arjun to be sent to jail for 14 days judicial custody. Security has been increased outside Chanchalguda Central Jail in Hyderabad. The police have arrested the actor today in connection with the death of a woman in a stampede during the premiere of Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa 2 at Sandhya Theatre. At the same time, Allu Arjun himself has raised questions on the manner of police action. According to media reports, Allu Arjun said that the police entered his bedroom and arrested him. They were not even allowed to have breakfast or change their clothes.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy refused to comment on Allu Arjun’s arrest. He said that first we will gather information on this matter and then we will talk. There is anger among Allu Arjun’s fans and admirers after he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Police have increased security outside both the court and the jail. Apart from this, additional policemen have also been deployed on the route through which Allu Arjun will be taken to jail.

On the other hand, Sandhya Theater had informed the police about Allu Arjun’s arrival at the film premiere two days before the event. According to Aaj Tak’s news, a letter sent by Sandhya Theater to the police has also come to light. Despite Sandhya Theater Management informing the police, no concrete steps were taken regarding security. Let us tell you that earlier the police was claiming that no prior information was given about Allu Arjun’s arrival at Sandhya Theatre, due to which police arrangements were not made there and a stampede broke out after the actor’s arrival.
