What is the matter?
Aaradhya’s lawyer told the High Court that some more uploaders have not yet been introduced and the right to defend them has already been closed. Even before this, Aaradhya has argued that he has been argued for his own minor to stop wrong reporting about himself. The petition appealed to give a decision on misleading information about Abhishek and Aishwarya’s daughter Aaradhya.
Bachchan family arguments
In this case, Justice Mini Pushkarana heard all the arguments of the Bachchan family counsel and agreed that the defendants and uploaders had not appeared in the court in the case. In such a situation, the opportunity to present anything in his own defense is over. The next hearing on the case will be held on 17 March. The Bachchan family has taken this decision keeping in mind the security of minor daughter Aaradhya’s right to privacy and their health.

Earlier in 2023, Delhi High Court Na Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya had prohibited sharing incorrect information by bringing the health.
