Barkha fought this case alone to complete his acting passion and prove himself in front of his father.
When Ekta Kapoor sued Barkha
Talking about this case, Barkha said- ‘I had not told anyone at home, I appointed a lawyer and fought the case. Over time, he realized that it was meaningless, and I am grateful that they started retreating. At that time, Ekta had the power to make or spoil your career – even today, they have this power. The case lasted for about a year, and I continued shooting for my new show and also attended the court hearing.
Nobody told anyone about this case
Barkha further states that she did not tell anyone about the case in her house. He said- “After fighting at home and coming to Mumbai, you cannot go back and complain. I came with pride of ‘whatever I do, myself’. So, I had to handle it myself. As a new artist, my career could have ended, but with some divine power, unity retreated. If she wanted, she could end my career.”
