New Delhi: Music magician AR Rahman spoke openly about the opportunities available to musicians in India. He said that India has provided a great opportunity to bring forward those musicians who never got a chance before. The Oscar and Grammy winning music director inaugurated the third season of Nexa Music in Mumbai. On this occasion, AR Rahman said that the power of the human mind is much more than our imagination and by strengthening it, anything can be achieved.
Famous singers Raja Kumari, King, Arjun Kanungo and Mame Khan also attended the launch of the third season of Nexa Music. On the encouragement received by regional music in the country, AR Rahman said, ‘The human mind works with empowerment and I believe that if the mind is empowered, anything can be done.’ He said that while making any song, you should feel that the song I am going to make is the best song, and everyone will like it.
Expect ‘wonderment’ from season 3
The musician further said that every language is important. One’s luck can shine at any time. No artist should ever be underestimated. When asked by the media what to expect from season 3, Rahman said that I would like to use Michael Jackson’s favorite word wonderment. People should expect ‘wonderment’ from season 3. All the contestants will bring something new together and shine.
AR Rahman became famous with the songs of ‘Roja’
The musician started recording his own music in 1991. He showed the magic of his music in the 1992 film Roja. The music of this film made a place in the hearts of the audience. Rahman also received the Filmfare Award for this musical hit. The musician has given his music in films like Dil Se, Rangeela, Taal, Pukar, Fiza, Lagaan, Mangal Pandey, Swades, Rang De Basanti, Jodha Akbar, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, Tehzeeb, Bombay, Yuvraj, Slum Dog Millionaire and Ghajini. AR Rahman made the album ‘Vande Mataram’ in 1997 on the completion of 50 years of the country’s independence, which received a lot of love from the people.
