Aryan Khan has got bail in the drugs case. However, for bail, Aryan has to comply with seven conditions, otherwise his bail will be cancelled. He was detained by the NCB on October 2 during a rave party. Shah Rukh Khan was running here and there for Aryan’s bail ever since he was taken into custody by the NCB. However, even after getting bail, Aryan has been asked by the court to comply with seven conditions.
The seven conditions that Aryan Khan has been asked to comply by the court are as follows.
- Aryan will have to submit his passport to the special court.
- Aryan will not tamper with the evidence in any way by Khan.
- Aryan will not talk to him in any connivance with the other accused in custody.
- Aryans will not be able to leave the country without the permission of the court.
- Whenever the NCB officials need it, they will have to come to the NCB office.
- Aryan will not be able to make any kind of statement in the media without any permission.
- On failure of any of these conditions, Aryan’s bail will be treated as cancelled.
Arbaaz Merchant and Moonmoon Dhemcha, the other accused arrested in the case, have also been granted bail by the court. All the accused are to get bail by tomorrow evening. Aryan and his companions Moonmoon and Arbaaz are currently lodged in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. NCB had arrested Aryan Khan, Moonmoon and Arbaaz. They are accused of possessing, consuming and buying and selling banned drugs. So all these people were charged under the NDPS Act.
