I would run around with friends all night like a girl, I wish I was also a girl. I have heard everyone say that educate girls, empower them and when they become doctors after studying, my mother would not have lost the pearl of her eyes, I wish I was also a boy.’

It is known that on 9 August, a 31-year-old trainee doctor was found dead in Kolkata’s RG Medical College. After which it was revealed that the female doctor was raped and then murdered. In this case, a civil volunteer has been arrested on 10 August and the investigation of the rape case and murder has been handed over to the CBI.
