New Delhi. The demand to bring back ‘Dayaben’ i.e. Disha Vakani, who became famous from the TV serial ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, is still going on. Fans who said goodbye to it 7 years ago are still not able to accept the fact that she will not return to the show. Fans often ask the makers to bring her back to the show. Amidst all this, Munmun Dutta i.e. ‘Babita’ has made a revelation about Disha Vakani. ‘Dayaben’ fans will be happy to know her words.
Munmun told ETimes, “We always miss those who left us, even those who left the show. I miss Disha a lot. Whenever we joke, we remember, ‘Remember when Disha said this or that? We have so many good memories together. Whenever Disha got calls from unknown numbers, she would change her voice before picking them up.
Disha Vakani’s character in Daya Tappu Ke Papa Gada was well liked by the audience. However, she went on maternity leave in 2017 and has not returned since then.

In an exclusive interview with AnyTV Showsha, Asit Modi was asked if he is tired of answering questions about Dayaben’s return. Asit says yes he is tired but we cannot disappoint the fans. As a producer he has to answer. He also called Disha Vakani his ‘sister’ and said that he would be most happy if she decides to come back.
