Case registered under these sections
The registered police have registered a case under IPC 120B along with various sections of the Wildlife Protection Act 1972 against the accused including Elvish Yadav. Note, the sections imposed against the accused are non-bailable.

If we talk about IPC 120, if action is taken against him under this section, he may have to pay 6 months of jail and a fine of Rs 10,000. Under the Wildlife Protection Act, he may have to face jail up to 3 years and a fine of Rs 25,000. At the same time, if an accused is found doing this for the second time, he may have to pay seven years in jail and a fine of Rs 25,000.
