New Delhi. Bollywood actor Shekhar Suman is in the news these days for the web series ‘Hiramandi ‘The Diamond: Bazaar’. It has been directed by famous filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Meanwhile, Shekhar Suman has taken a dig at the young stars. He says that today’s young actors want to achieve stardom very soon and that is why they try to be seen everywhere from airport to gym.
In an interview given to Bollywood Now, Shekhar Suman said, ‘Many young actors want to achieve stardom very quickly. They think that they can get everything overnight. I can be seen everywhere. Be praised everywhere. Reels are being made, are on Instagram, are on Twitter. He is visibly upset and people are upset looking at him. Sometimes they are leaving the airport, sometimes they are leaving home, then they are leaving the gym. Everywhere they look shocked as if they don’t know there are people there. By the way, those people are seated by him only.
Dilip Kumar was seen once in three years
Shekhar Suman further said, ‘They feel that only what is visible sells. Dilip Sahab was seen once in three years, but he sold more than everyone else. Aamir Khan is the least visible and one of the best actors. So it is not that what is seen is sold. I believe that what sells is less visible.
