Danapur. Kundan Kumar Singh has been arrested by the police of Danapur district of Bihar for demanding extortion of Rs 50 lakh by threatening to kill Bhojpuri actress Akshara Singh. According to the police, Kundan Kumar Singh was called for questioning. He had come to the police station drunk. After which he was arrested. The allegation of Kundan Kumar Singh demanding extortion from Bhojpuri actress Akshara Singh has not been confirmed yet. Kundan Kumar Singh is said to be the grandson of Brahmeshwar alias Barmeshwar Mukhiya, who was infamous for creating a private army in Bihar and causing a lot of bloodshed. Two cases are already registered against Kundan Kumar Singh who threatened Akshara Singh.
According to Danapur Police, Akshara Singh had complained on November 13 that on the night of November 11, at 12.20 am and again at 12.21 am, she was called twice over the phone demanding extortion money. The caller had threatened to kill Akshara Singh if she did not pay extortion money of Rs 50 lakh. When the police checked the phone number, it was found in the name of Kundan Kumar Singh. After this, Kundan Kumar Singh was summoned by the police in the case of threatening Akshara Singh. Police is currently interrogating Kundan Kumar Singh.
