In the video, Adnan is wearing his pajamas, he was not wearing anything on top. Adnan was tying the string of his pajamas when Shivani Kumari reaches the changing room and she catches hold of the string of Adnan’s pajamas and pulls it. However, Adnan holds his pajamas tightly, due to which it does not come down.
