Vicky Kaushal will be seen in the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji
Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Chhava’ is a historical drama film, which narrates the life of Sambhaji Maharaj, the eldest son of Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Shivaji. Rashmika Mandanna will be seen in the role of Yesubai Bhosale in this movie. Apart from this, Akshay Khanna, Ashutosh Rana and Divya Dutta are also a part of the film. ‘Chhava’ is directed by Laxman Utekar.

Before the period-drama ‘Chhava’, director Laxman Utekar has worked with Vicky Kaushal in ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ (2023). Sara Ali Khan was seen opposite Vicky Kaushal in this movie. The movie was successful at the box office. Laxman Utekar has directed films like Kriti Sanon’s ‘Mimi’ (2021) and Kartik Aryan-Kriti Sanon’s ‘Luka Chuppi’ (2019).
