TV industry’s famous singing reality show ‘Indian Idol’ is going to start soon. Vishal Dadlani, Shreya Ghoshal and rapper Badshah are going to be seen as judges in the new season. The makers have shared a promo video of 23 year old contestant Lakshya Mehta, who was seen performing on Atif Aslam’s song ‘Pehli Nazar Mein’. As soon as the contestant sings a few lines of Atif Aslam’s song, Vishal Dadlani stops him and says – “Don’t sing like this, this is Indian Idol, neither do idols emerge from here.” Leave whatever inflections they have. He is a great artiste and the day you start imitating him, you will be left singing outside the hotel restaurant.

While sharing the video, it is written in the caption – ‘Will Lakshya be able to make his mark with his original voice?’ Along with this, details of the season premiere have also been given.
